Innovators, Incorporators and Investors

Founders and Innovators are the same!? No, in some (- in our opinion/experiences "most" -) cases not!

There are many people out there willing and wanting to found a company without having a real idea of a new product, service or business case but with a strong background around needed skills. And there are many people out there having new and innovative ideas and concepts for new products, services or business cases ready but are not wanting (or even able) to found an appropriate company and establish these ideas and concepts.

Why they would not want (or are not able)? Well, for sure there are many different reasons, but the most important reason for a special group of "Innovators" is, that they do have a dozen ideas a month with complete different contexts where normally a "founder" should have to concentrate and focus on his ((only) one) product/service/case/field; so all additional ideas and innovations would get lost.

Certainly, 7 or 8 out of 10 of those ideas are ... well ... not feasible, but … what about the rest?

So, we think, there should be a constellation (on an appropriate platform) where an Innovator could introduce and document ideas and concepts for new products, services or business cases which then could be searched by Incorporators wanting to adopt one of those concepts. The original Innovator would then get paid for the concept, arrange license fees or receive shares on the resulting company or ... while being additionally available to consult the Incorporator (Founder).

While an appropriate platform still then would have to connect the Incorporator (Founder) and investors, there are some additional things to think about and pay attention to previously:

• Secure the intellectual property of the Innovator
• (As a service) Bring the idea to concept for and with the Innovator
• Assess the idea and concept of the Innovator (filter out ideas before bringing them to Incorporators (Founders) and Investors)
• Consult Innovators on choosing the best option to pass the idea

Of course different consultants and advisors are needed to fulfill these actions, with all successfully founded companies - in combination - this will result in a special directory available to all new members of all categories of the platform.
